Jamie had a strong 2018 season having 11 top 5 runs and 18 top 10 runs. He finished in the top 5 at 6 out of the 10 CPCA tour stops and in the top 10 at 8 of the stops. Jamie also won the Little Pine dash for the 2nd year in a row. For the past 7 years Jamie, has finished among the top 7 in the CPCA standings and in 2018 with a deep barn of horses and another year of driving experience Jamie climbed up to 2nd in the aggregate to make it into the Denham Ram Tough Lloydminster dash. This along with his 14th place finish at the 2018 Calgary Stampede helped Jamie get an invite to the 2019 Calgary Stampede. Jamie’s horse Mugs won the 2018 CPCA Equine Outfit of Excellence right wheeler.

How did you get into Chuckwagon Racing: My father Brian Laboucane started me outriding when I was 15 and I started driving the year after I graduated.
