With over 30 years of wagon racing to his credit, 7 Canadian Championships combined with multiple show championships and Calgary Stampede appearances, Ray is without question one of the legends in the sport of Chuckwagon racing.  Ray has finished among the top 10 in the CPCA standings the last 12 years and is a 3 – time winner of the CPCA Prairie Racing Series Championship Trailer. 2018 treated Ray very well, winning the Little Pine dash, finishing 10th at the 2018 Calgary Stampede and having 10 top 5 runs.  Ray’s horse Red won for the 2018 CPCA Equine Outfit of Excellence left wheeler. 2019 will be a monumental year as it will be Ray’s last year of wagon racing.
