Garth may be in his rookie year as a CPCA driver but he is no stranger to wagon racing! A pony chuckwagon driver of 37 years, Garth has many accolades under his belt and is looking to earn some more but now with a team of thoroughbreds. Even with his many pony wagon championships, Garth’s greatest prize is his family who calls James Smith Cree Nation home. This is where Garth works and lives with his wife Jamie Dee. They have 8 kids, 12 grandkids and are excited to welcome two more grandbabies this year.

Garth is looking forward to a safe and successful first season with the CPCA.
