With a highly decorated career as an outrider and then driver, Brian Mayan isn’t coming to play in 2025. The accolades under his belt, or more so on his buckles, stack high. Beginning his outriding career at the age of 13, and coming from a wagon family, Brian has the sport of chuckwagon racing in his blood. In 1994 he was the WPCA Champion outrider, 3x Calgary Stampede aggregate champion outrider, Calgary Stampede Dash for Cash champion outrider, and has over 30 show champ buckles to prove it all. Out of all that, Brian says his career high as an outrider was winning the Cheyenne Frontier Days as an outrider for Rae Croteau Sr. And as a driver it was winning the $50,000 dash for cash in Edmonton, Alberta against Jason Glass, Kelly Sutherland and Troy Dorchester.
